As a cosmetic manufacturer based in Houston, Texas, USA, we're here to support small and startup companies in establishing their own beauty brand. We offer a range of in-house formulas and samples for testing, making the process as easy as 1, 2, 3. You can start your brand with as few as 50 pieces per SKU and choose from two options of bottles and jars.

Our high-end silkscreen printing service is not just about the product, but also the personal touch. We understand that each design is unique and we value your individuality. Adding graphic design services to your order is as easy as a click. Please contact us for more detail regarding graphic design for each product.
If you prefer, you can also opt for a label instead of silkscreen. Please note that the minimum order quantity for labeling is 1,000 units per product.

Due to the customized nature of our products, all goods are sold as a final sale.  However, we may offer a replacement of the product ordered when you submit an inquiry through an email and a phone call within five days of receiving your order, and only in the following circumstances:
1- When a customer receives a product that is different from what was ordered
2- When products are determined to be defective, photos proving the damages can be provided.
3- Other circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 
Your role in the return process is crucial. Please ensure to contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and keep all shipping boxes and products unopened, sealable, and in their original condition. The shipping boxes are an integral part of the investigation process, so please don't discard them. They help us understand what might have gone wrong. Remember, we can only accept returns accompanied by a pre-approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).  Requests for RMAs must be made through our customer service department and can only be accepted for orders under 5 days old. 

If we determine that our side causes the issues, we will replace the products. No returns, credits, refunds, or cancelations are accepted.

Please note that sample orders are final and cannot be returned or replaced. We encourage you to thoroughly review the product details before placing a sample order.

We work with you to ensure your products and their labels meet all FDA requirements and regulations.

When it comes to the label or product descriptions, neither Immacule Lab nor our customers can state that the product/formula causes a physical change to the skin, hair, or body or affects the structure or function of the skin, hair, or body, as this would be considered a drug claim. We are only permitted to claim that it changes the appearance of the skin and that our products are for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness, or altering the appearance, as these are cosmetic claims.

Yes, absolutely! Our minimum order for customized formulas is 3,000 units per SKU. To send your packaging, we require an order of 1,000 units per SKU.

When pricing your products, the decision ultimately lies with your brand. As the manufacturer, we don't disclose specific product pricing for retailers. It's important to consider that even if you're selling the same formula, your target audiences may vary, requiring different pricing approaches. You must assess and create the best strategy to achieve optimal profit margins for your business. Given the high quality of our products and their proud origin in the USA, we suggest pricing them accordingly.

Our current lead time for silkscreen printing is typically 4-6 weeks from the date of final artwork approval. However, this timeframe may vary due to artwork complexity, order size, and the proofing process.

For convenience and security, we accept various payment methods, such as Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. When purchasing, rest assured that our online payment system has the latest security features to protect your transactions. In the unlikely event that your items are damaged during shipping, we are fully committed to resolving the issue swiftly. Please email us a photo of the damaged products and shipping boxes, mentioning your Order # in the subject line to info@immaculelab.com. We will promptly initiate a claim with the shipping company and contact you to arrange replacements.
